Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

ELEADORA

The ELEADORA organic extra virgin olive oil is produced and bottled in Monemvasia, in the southeastern Peloponnese, the land of the Spartans. The combination of the local, unique variety “Athenolia” with the famous “Koroneiki”, gives a full bodied, peppery, fruity olive oil with a long lasting flavor.

The ELEADORA organic extra virgin olive oil is of superior category and is obtained directly from freshly hand picked olives and extracted solely by mechanical means. Because of the method of cold extraction the organoleptic ingredients of our olive oil are preserved and so you can enjoy its freshness.

The farmers and the mill are certifie by BIO-HELLAS. Our company is certified by TÜV NORD INTEGRA. This product is 100% USDA certified organic.

Recette pour le gâteau de caroube (sans cacao, sans gluten, sans sucre, sans beurre):

1 tasse de cacao de caroube CRETA CAROB™ (ou farine de caroube), 2/3 tasse d’huile d'olive extra vierge ELEADORA™, 3 tasse de farine de maïs, 1 tasse de lait, 1/2 tasse de jus d'orange frais, 6 cuillères à soupe de sirop de caroube CRETA CAROB™, 5 œufs, 2 sachets vanilline, 1 sachet de poudre à lever, 1 cuillère à café de cannelle en poudre. Mettre à cuire à 170 °C pendant 45 à 60 minutes.

1 tasse de cacao de caroube CRETA CAROB™ (ou farine de caroube), 2/3 tasse d’huile d'olive extra vierge ELEADORA™, 3 tasse de farine de maïs, 1.5 tasse de lait sans lactose, 1 tasse de jus d'orange frais, 6 cuillères à soupe de sirop de caroube CRETA CAROB™, 2 sachets vanilline, 2 sachets de poudre à lever, 1 cuillère à café de cannelle en poudre. Mettre à cuire à 170 °C pendant 45 à 60 minutes.
